This is a somewhat strange blog, because I can be very private about what's going on with me. The kitten from my previous posts died; the circumstances surrounding it are the reason I have a headache. These days it's easy to lose your emotions, especially when it's me. Dozens of animals come to my house, my family cares for them, and some die. I go and bury them in the yard, and then you all see me as if nothing happened, without knowing how my day went. I've had many cats I don't talk about, who die, and well, I just keep going. This weighs on your mind, as if everything else happening in the world wasn't enough, although it does make you a tough person.
But this time, my mother came home happy with this kitten we called Chusma. She seemed very, very happy. He had parasites, so we treated him. Then he got weak because he's so small, and well, my mother spent a long time bathing him, and I checked on him. He went blind, he got sick, and we let him rest. I went by every so often to see how he was. My mother really liked that cat. Today I was working with my father. My art had been stolen from an AI training site, and I spent two hours dealing with the problem. Then I went back to work, and when I finished, my mother went to check on the cat and noticed he wasn't breathing. That made me angry because she cried. She almost never cries, not even when our only rabbit died. She tried so hard for nothing, her hopes dashed, and I went, and you know what happened.
My cat Mia has maggots in a wound, but we treated it with a parasite poison, a poison that my father bought mainly for the dog, who, oh wow, also had maggots in a wound. The only good thing is that they both recovered, but the cat is a little disoriented. God, what a stress...
My head hurts.
I'm sorry. It's always terrible
